Welcome to Saturday Showcase Today I'm going to show you how to make this fun Door Pennant out of Soda Cans! My good friend Betty Bee showed me how to cut them. Today I'm going to show you how to make the Chevron pattern using striped paper. By definition a Chevron is an inverted V shaped pattern. They have occurred as far back as early art including designs on pottery and rock carvings. I just loved this design.  But looking though my paper.  I couldn't find anything with the zig zag design.. So I made my own..  I made this card for the Freedom Flight.  So It's all american.  I used USA Myrtle .   Hope you have fun making yours!  Have a great week!!!  Huggles

Welcome to Showcase Saturday!  I'm so excited about this Gable Box cut file !  I have cut so many of the Gable Boxes for parties.. In fact I cut out one time 200 of them by hand for a girls camp.  I used Digital Delights Jungle Buddies Digital Papers , Safari Dylan and the Happy Birthday sentiment. The challenge for this week on Delightful Challenge is It's a Jungle out there!  I really enjoyed making this card.  I used Dylan and his accessories. The sentiment is from the Jungle buddies set. The little lion is also from Digital Delights. I colored him with Bic Markers and used DCWV paper from Animal Crackers.  I just loved this set.
